Darius “Phonix” Barnes, son of Marva King and John Barnes, witnessed his parents work with hit makers such as Michael Jackson, Prince, Stevie Wonder, Kenny Logins, and Celine Dion. So it was a natural progression for Darius to create music, lately he’s been working with artist like Nipsey Hussle, The Game, and 50 Cent to name a few.
