If you have purchased Reason or Record between May 24th, 2010 and August 25th, 2010 you are entitled to receive a free upgrade to Reason 5 and/or Record 1.5 according to the matrix at the bottom of this page.

Your free upgrade will either be provided by your distributor or directly by Propellerhead, depending on where you purchased your software. Please see below for details.

Propellerhead web shop

If you purchased your software from the Propellerhead web shop, you should have received an e-mail with instructions for obtaining your free upgrade. If the e-mail for some reason hasn't reached you, please submit your order number through this web form.

Benelux and Germany

If you purchased your software from a reseller in Belgium, Germany, Netherlands or Luxembourg your upgrade will be provided through the Propellerhead web shop. Please proceed to this form to submit proof of your purchase.

France

If your software was purchased from a reseller in France, your upgrade will be provided by distributor SCV. More details available at the SCV web site.

Italy

If your software was purchased from a reseller in Italy, your upgrade will be provided by distributor Midiware. For detailed info, please contact Midiware via e-mail: info@midiware.com

South Africa

If your software was purchased from a reseller in South Africa, your upgrade will be provided by distributor Tuerk Music.

Spain

If your software was purchased from a reseller in Spain, your upgrade will be provided by distributor Microfusa

United Kingdom & Ireland

If your software was purchased from a reseller in United Kingdom or Ireland, your upgrade will be provided by distributor Sound Technology. More details can be found at the Sound Technology web site.

USA

If your software was purchased from a reseller in USA, your upgrade will be provided by distributor Line 6. More details can be found at the Line 6 web site.
